Coaching has a branding problem

The impact of working with an Executive Architect

Have you searched for executive coaches on LinkedIn lately?

If you have, you’ve probably noticed that there is a lot of noise out there. A lot of people claiming to “help you get ahead”, “get rich”, and “be a better business owner.” It’s a lot to take in — especially when you actually need help.

Another thing that you may have noticed is that your trust in all of the varying flavors of executive coaches is going down too. And it’s no wonder — how could all of these people be able to help you when they don’t have any idea of what it feels like to be in a position of senior leadership?

We feel the same way.

Your trust means the world to us — we don’t take it for granted.

Trust that is built through the culmination of small moments — how we make you feel when we work together, the depth of conversation, and the knowledge that we know what it’s like to walk in your shoes. Because we’ve been on executive teams, worked with the board, and led a company through big ups and even bigger downs.

The one thing that all of these common coaches have in common is that they see you as being incomplete. They make their clients feel like they’re not enough, that they need more, and that they don’t have what they need to succeed.

And even worse — that they are the only ones who can help to “complete” you with their tools, steps, and frameworks.

But if we can be real for a second — we believe you have what it takes to succeed and lead a successful business. Seriously, you do.

You are the sum of every book, conversation, and experience you’ve ever had. You are the amplifier of big ideas from every influencer that’s resonated with you. And having traveled around the sun as many times as you have — that’s a lot of know-how you have hiding up your sleeve.

The only problem we see is that things are a tad cluttered. And a cluttered mind doesn’t allow for anyone to rest easy or make smart decisions on the regular.

As an Executive Architect we work with you to take stock of your unique life experiences, organize it, and let go of what no longer serves you so you can create the life and business that you want. You don’t need more. You’re not incomplete. You just need a bit of restructuring.
